Missed Call Alert
Missed Call Alert service provides the facility to get notified about
 the calls that are missed due to keeping the phone switched 
off or being out of network. You will be notified through SMS
 when your phone is switch ON. The missed call alert SMS 
will contain information of calling mobile numbers, time and 
date when the call was made and the number of calls. 
For this Service a fix amount of charge will be deducted in every month.
Activation: Type TT<>START<>MCA and send to 2455.
De-Activation: Type TT<>STOP<>MCA and send to 2455.

Call Forwarding/diverting
Call divert is a feature that enables you to forward or
 redirect their incoming calls to an alternate number,
 which can be a landline or any other Mobile number. 
When call divert is enabled, the phone does not ring at
 the original number of the incoming call, but rather only 
at the locations the call had been diverted to.

You can forward calls from your handset to another 
phone by changing the settings in your existing handset, 
go to the call management option from your handset settings and 
activate call forwarding option. This service is absolutely free for all Teletalk users.

Call Waiting/Holding
If you want to handle two calls at a single moment,
 you can switch to the second call by kipping first call on hold.
 To activate, go to the call settings option from your handset 
Settings and activate call waiting option.
 This service is absolutely free for all Teletalk users.

Magic Voice
This service allows you to distort your voice in funny ways
 while calling your friends. You can change and test your
 voice to sound like a Monster, baby, alien, Mosquito etc.
How to use Magic Voice:
  • Call 16480 and select Magic Voice service from the main menu
  • Select the voice you want to use
  •  You have to subscribe the service first, (3 days 
  • subscription free trial) press 1 for daily plan
  •  (charge – Tk 2), press 2 for weekly plan 
  • (charge – Tk 12) & press 3 for Monthly plan
  •  (charge-Tk 50) – all prices are excluding VAT+SD+SC 
  • (call charges are applicable).
  •  After successful subscription call 16480 again
  • Select the voice you want to use
  • Enter the number you wish to dial
  • Press 1 to confirm the number
  • When the call is connected the person on the other
  •  line will hear voice changed as per your selection
  • Press 9 to manage your subscription (to unsubscribe press 1 after 9)

Teletalk Emergency Balance Service
Emergency Balance Service is a service offered to Teletalk’s 
prepaid mobile subscriber base to facilitate advance of 
emergency balance payable on the next recharge.
Upon meeting the eligibility rules, the customer will make 
an automated advance Emergency Credit request through one
 of the available channels (SMS and USSD). The system will 
credit the Emergency Balance on customer’s account.
 The borrowed Emergency Balance amount will be repaid the 
next time the customer recharges his account with service fee.
To avail Emergency Balance Service, subscriber can -
Dial *1122# to request an emergency balance. You can also 
get other details such as pending loan amount, your eligibility, history, status etc.
Or
Send SMS (free of charge) 50 to get 50 Taka, 30 to get 30 Taka, 20 to get 20 Taka 
or 10 to get 10 Taka to 1122. You can also send YES to 1122 to get your 
maximum eligible emergency balance hassle free.

  • Emergency Balance can be used for any purpose with unlimited validity.
  • After availing emergency Balance, the advance amount will be 
  • automatically deducted from the customer’s account on their next 
  • recharge. So, you can just recharge and repay the advance amount 
  • with additional service fee.
  • Eligible Emergency Balance amount will get refreshed based on 
  • customer usage behaviour and repayment frequency.

  7. If your balance is being deducted daily for unknown services (that you never activated I assume, it happens for almost everyone, trappppp!), then call 01500121121 and ask them to deactivate all VAS. I did just now.

  8. প্রিয় গ্রাহক, আপনার টেলিটক নাম্বারে ভ্যাস সার্ভিস বন্ধ করতে "STOP ALL" লিখে 335 নাম্বারে সেন্ড করুন। টেলিটক এর সাথে থাকার জন্য আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ। টেলিটক এর সাথেই থাকুন।

    2. আমি টেলিটক এর কাস্টমার কেয়ার নম্বর এ কল দিয়া সব value added সার্ভিস বন্ধ করাইছি but কিছুদিন পরেই আবার টাকা কাটা স্টার্ট হৈছে.

      সবথেকে চুতিয়া অপারেটর হইলো teletalk, সেই 15/16 বছর আগে লটারিতে পাওয়া এত পুরান number না হইলে অনেক আগেই teletalk সিম লাথ্থি মাইরাফালাইয়া দিতাম |
